What You’ll Do:

Provide a high standard of client care within the venue by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for clients at all times.

Room Setting & Service:

  • Set rooms each evening for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure that meeting rooms not in use are set up to company standards and available for client show rounds.

House-keeping:

  • Maintain all meeting rooms, staff offices, and common areas at the highest level of cleanliness.
  • Clean and re-stock washrooms daily.
  • Carry out deep-cleaning duties within the venue as per the schedule provided by the Facilities Supervisor.
  • Ensure all waste removal is carried out according to Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain stocks of cleaning materials by updating stock sheets.
  • Store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas.

Health and Safety

  • Carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice.

General:

  • Be available for staff briefings and company events, including attendance at company functions.
  • Be available for weekend work where necessary.
  • Undertake any reasonable requests for ad hoc duties by the venue team.
