About the Role
As Executive Director of our Memory Care facility in Cook County, you'll provide strategic leadership and vision for all operational and clinical aspects of the community. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to shape a culture of compassion, quality, and innovation while directly impacting the lives of residents and their families.
What You'll Do
- Set and execute the strategic vision and direction for the Memory Care community
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest standards of resident care and safety
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team committed to excellent service delivery
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents' families and the Orland Park community
- Maintain and enhance the community's reputation through quality care and outcomes
- Implement best practices in dementia care and person-centered programming
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading a senior living or memory care community
- Strong operational and financial management skills
