What You'll Do

• Direct high-volume food production to meet the nutritional needs of students aged 18 months to 18 years.
• Design and execute menus for regular service, special occasions, and premium catering functions.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs and ensure quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse culinary team, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations, school policies, and best practices in food safety.
• Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and parents to align dining services with educational goals.
• Monitor kitchen equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success as an executive chef or kitchen manager in a high‑volume setting, preferably within education, healthcare, or corporate dining.
