Caribbean Leasing Eco Transportation is seeking a full-time Estimator in Charlotte Amalie, Saint Thomas to lead vehicle repair assessments and documentation. In this role, you'll evaluate repair requirements, coordinate between customers and technical teams, and partner with insurance providers to maintain smooth, efficient operations.

About the Role

As our Estimator, you're the critical connection between customers, our service technicians, and insurance partners. You'll evaluate vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, manage claim approvals, and oversee the entire repair process to completion—ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and customer satisfaction at every step.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates from intake through job completion
• Collaborate with technicians to align estimates with actual repair scope, labor requirements, and timelines
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, explaining estimates clearly and addressing questions to maintain confidence and satisfaction
• Manage insurance claim documentation, obtain necessary approvals, and coordinate between customers, our shop, and insurance partners
• Maintain precise records of all estimates, work orders, approvals, and billing information for operational accuracy
• Track job progress and monitor timelines to ensure repairs stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and managing workflow across departments

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in vehicle repair estimating or related automotive operations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare clear estimates
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse groups—customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with meticulous documentation practices
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and work independently
