United Placement Group seeks an experienced estate planning attorney to establish or expand your solo or small-firm practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. About the Role
This full-time position is designed for estate planning attorneys who want to focus on delivering expert legal advice rather than spending time on client acquisition and administrative overhead. You'll work with referred clients who are actively seeking estate planning services, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best—protecting clients' assets and creating comprehensive estate plans.
What You'll Do
- Conduct client consultations and needs assessments for estate planning services
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Advise clients on tax-efficient estate strategies and asset protection
- Review and update existing estate plans to reflect changing laws and client circumstances
- Guide clients through probate and trust administration matters
- Build long-term client relationships while managing practice operations efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Active Wisconsin law license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in estate planning law
- Strong client communication and counseling skills
- Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload
- Commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice
