Environmental Program Manager (HTRW)

St. George Tanaq Corporation is hiring an Environmental Program Manager (HTRW) for our Cedar, Cole County office. In this role, you'll oversee environmental remediation programs, manage client relationships, and lead technical teams in delivering solutions for hazardous waste, emerging contaminants, and military munitions response.

About the Role

As Environmental Program Manager specializing in Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW), you'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of environmental remediation programs. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for government and private-sector clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, meeting project timelines, and delivering quality results in complex environmental assessments and remediation activities.

What You'll Do

• Direct environmental investigation, engineering, and remediation programs from planning through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client deliverables for multiple concurrent projects
• Lead cross-functional technical teams in HTRW site assessments and remediation design
• Oversee emerging contaminants remediation work and Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) initiatives
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, regulatory updates, and technical findings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing environmental consulting or remediation programs
• Strong knowledge of HTRW, environmental engineering, or site remediation practices
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of environmental regulations and regulatory permitting processes
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
