During the first 12 weeks, you will undergo comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped for this challenging but rewarding position. Core Duties Partner with clients to help them optimize the use of BlueCat products and services. Provide technical support and assistance to ensure smooth operation of our customers' networks. Act as a key point of contact for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
