Enterprise Sales Manager

Incident is hiring a remote Enterprise Sales Manager, based out of San Francisco, California, to spearhead the growth of our enterprise business across the Americas as we scale our AI-powered incident response platform.

About the Role

As Enterprise Sales Manager at Incident, you'll transform our early commercial traction into a dependable, repeatable revenue engine. This is a builder's role: you'll recruit, coach, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives while defining the strategy and operating rhythm that powers long-term success across strategic markets. Working shoulder to shoulder with our Head of Enterprise Sales, founders, and senior leadership, you'll set regional priorities, help close high-value deals, and establish the foundations for durable growth. Expect a hands-on leadership position that blends sharp strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives across priority markets.
• Shape and deliver the regional sales plan alongside the Head of Enterprise Sales, building a consistent outbound pipeline engine.
• Guide your team through intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, from first contact to signature.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to stay aligned on market demand and opportunity.
• Establish scalable processes, tooling, and forecasting cadences so the team reliably meets and surpasses its goals.

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise sales teams within fast-growing B2B SaaS organizations.
• A track record of winning and supporting complex deals involving multiple decision-makers.
• Skill in hiring, coaching, and growing talent across both early-stage and scaling teams.
• A strategic yet roll-up-your-sleeves approach to getting things done.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with ease operating across cultures and time zones.
