Navan is hiring a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive in Austin, Travis County, to help expand our footprint and win business with the world's leading organizations. About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Navan, you'll join the Enterprise sales organization at a pivotal, early stage of its expansion up-market. With largely untapped territories and a team that has consistently exceeded its targets over the past year, you'll have the runway to make an outsized impact. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, Travis County.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing enterprise-level accounts across open territories.
- Execute a disciplined, world-class sales process from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers at large organizations.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets as an early member of a high-performing Enterprise team.
- Partner cross-functionally to bring the full value of Navan's platform to prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling in an enterprise or upper-market environment.
- A motivated, self-starting approach with a track record of hitting and surpassing quotas.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort operating in a rapidly scaling organization with evolving territories.
- Willingness to work on-site in Austin, Travis County.
