About the Role

As an Engineering Technician with Security Clearance, you'll play a vital part in our manufacturing and prototyping operations. This is a technical, production-focused position where you'll operate equipment, build assemblies, and help move designs from concept to finished product under direct supervision. You'll apply fundamental engineering principles to deliver quality work within defined parameters.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, fabricate, and prepare parts and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform quality inspections and basic troubleshooting on fabricated components
• Maintain organized workstations and ensure proper material handling and inventory practices
• Support prototyping activities from initial setup through testing and refinement
• Identify and escalate problems beyond routine scope to supervisors and engineering teams
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering staff to meet production schedules and specifications

What We're Looking For

• Current or ability to obtain a security clearance (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school or technical certification preferred
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or related technical field
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work under supervision
• Reliability and safety-conscious approach to production work
