We’re hiring exceptional engineers, full stop. We care less about which box you fit in and more about whether you can take a hard, ambiguous problem and turn it into something real that ships. Whether your strength is frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI/ML, or all of the above, if you build fast, hold a high bar, and want real ownership over what you make, you’ll fit right in.

Founder or ex-founder experience

Founder fellowships or similar environments (EF, YC, Antler, etc.)

Experience building AI-powered products in production

Experience working where requirements were unclear and evolving
YOUR FIRST MONTH

Own problems end-to-end, from prompt to eval to deployment

Do what needs doing, including looking at hundreds of real outputs, debugging edge cases, and customer interaction
