With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process – no exceptions. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. As an Engineering Manager for our Blockchain Integrations team, you’ll lead a high-performing group at the strategic core of Anchorage Digital. This team is responsible for enabling secure, scalable interaction with hundreds of blockchain networks and assets, powering everything from custody and staking to governance and other on-chain functionality. Your mission is to grow and guide this team through deep mentorship, operational excellence, and strong execution.
You’ll be responsible for hiring and developing exceptional engineers, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and translating our roadmap into reliable, scalable systems. The team owns both blockchain integrations and secure infrastructure that supports our institutional platform, so the challenges are complex, and the impact is meaningful.
