About the role
We are searching for an Engineering Manager to manage one of our fast-growing engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of innovative, scalable solutions.
Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the processes and culture of the engineering team, driving high-quality deliverables in an agile environment. You will ensure efficient collaboration across teams, and build systems that can support our ambitious vision.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of engineers by providing direction, support, and professional growth opportunities.

Drive Technical Excellence: Establish and uphold high coding and performance standards, encouraging best practices across the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business teams to shape technical solutions that meet business goals.

Process Optimization: Implement efficient development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable practices to maximize productivity and quality.

Troubleshoot Complex Challenges: Resolve technical and operational issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to product delivery.
What You’ll Need:

8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team management role.

Still hands on technical and able to code in Java or in one of the frontend technologies.

Proven track record in leading teams that design and deliver large-scale, distributed systems.

Solid experience in backend or frontend technologies including Java, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, or React, Angular and Svelte.

Practical experience with AWS is a big plus.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Ability to set and achieve strategic goals, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.

English level – C1 or equivalent.
