About the role:
Hippo Plus is one of our newest ventures – a product that bundles home insurance with extended warranty coverage for major home systems and appliances, plus proactive home maintenance, all in one offering. It feels like a startup inside a bigger company: small team, fast decisions, direct line to business and customers, but with solid resources behind us.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to take ownership of our current technical team and lead the build-out of a second team based in Poland, as we get ready to scale.
