Meta is hiring a full-time Energy Manager – Power Supply in Bonnie, Utah County to shape how clean, reliable electricity powers the data centers behind some of the world's most widely used digital services.

About the Role

Meta's data centers are the backbone of an infrastructure footprint that grows alongside the products billions of people rely on every day. As Energy Manager – Power Supply, you will lead Meta's demand flexibility and emerging grid strategy program across our global data center portfolio. Acting as the company's internal commercial and technical authority on power supply, you will blend market insight with engineering fluency to keep our operations efficient, resilient, and forward-looking. This is an on-site position based in Bonnie, Utah County.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Meta's demand flexibility and emerging grid strategy initiatives across the worldwide data center fleet.
• Serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for power supply matters within the organization.
• Evaluate evolving energy markets and grid dynamics to inform sourcing and operational decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align power strategy with the scaling needs of Meta's infrastructure.
• Translate complex technical considerations into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an energy professional with both commercial and technically grounded expertise.
• Familiarity with demand flexibility, grid strategy, and large-scale power supply programs.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of energy markets and engineering practice.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bonnie, Utah County.
