About the Role

As Energy Manager - Level 4, you'll drive the development and execution of our site's strategic energy roadmap, balancing operational efficiency with environmental stewardship. This leadership role oversees utility management, guides capital projects, and translates sustainability priorities into measurable results across one of our key manufacturing locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage energy-conservation initiatives from concept through implementation
• Oversee utility procurement, consumption analysis, and cost optimization strategies
• Direct sustainability projects aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Monitor energy performance metrics and report progress to senior management
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, and engineering teams to integrate energy efficiency into facility planning
• Identify opportunities for renewable energy, operational improvements, and waste reduction
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and energy management standards

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (required)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in energy management, facilities management, or sustainability roles
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and teams
• Proficiency with energy management systems and utility data analysis
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and facility operations
• Knowledge of energy codes, standards, and sustainability certifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
