About the Role
As an Employment Resettlement & Integration Coordinator based in Concord, Merrimack County, you will help newly arrived refugees and immigrants navigate the early chapters of resettlement. This position supports families during seasons of heightened program activity, community expansion, and special initiatives, making your contribution essential to people building fresh beginnings. The role is on-site (not remote) and full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide refugee and immigrant families through resettlement, integration, and employment-readiness milestones.
- Provide responsive, hands-on coordination during periods of increased program demand and growth.
- Connect clients with local resources, services, and opportunities that promote self-sufficiency.
- Support special initiatives that strengthen community ties and successful integration outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with program teams to meet client needs.
