Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance across the casino and resort.
• Provide initial care and support during medical or safety events until additional help arrives.
• Monitor the property to identify hazards and help prevent incidents before they occur.
• Document occurrences accurately and communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
• Work cooperatively with security, facilities, and outside agencies as situations require.
