Ecosystem Lead

Role Overview

As the Ecosystem Lead, you will be the ultimate super-connector at the intersection of Web3, blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence. You will own, scale, and nurture the global network of partners, projects, developers, and communities that form the bedrock of both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.

This is a high-impact, strategic, and relationship-driven role. You will bridge the gap between emerging tech ecosystems and our flagship events, ensuring that the most innovative founders, high-value VCs, developer communities, and strategic partners are deeply integrated into our summits globally (Singapore, Dubai, and beyond).

Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem Growth & Relationship Management

• Cultivate Networks: Build and maintain deep relationships with top-tier Web3 projects, L1/L2 protocols, AI labs, foundational model developers, DAOs, and traditional enterprise tech giants.

• Side-Event Ecosystem Activation: Oversee and curate the massive web of independent side events, hackathons, and satellite meetups during event weeks (e.g., TOKEN2049 Week), ensuring high quality and seamless integration with the main event.

• Community Engagement: Engage with developer communities, research institutions, and university tech hubs to drive developer and talent attendance.

Strategic Partnerships & Value Creation

• VC & Investor Relations: Curate exclusive networking tracks, demo days, and matchmaking initiatives for Venture Capitals, Family Offices, and angel investors to meet portfolio companies.

• Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with ecosystem partners on joint marketing campaigns, community AMAs, and content drops to amplify event reach and brand authority.

• Feedback Loops: Act as the “eyes and ears” on the ground, gathering community feedback to help the production team shape themes, tracks, and speaker lineups that reflect current industry trends.

On-Site Experience & Execution

• Community Hubs: Design and oversee dedicated ecosystem zones on the exhibition floor (e.g., developer lounges, AI demo zones, hacker houses).

• VIP Facilitation: Act as a high-touch point of contact for ecosystem VIPs, foundation heads, and key community leaders during the events.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 7 years and above of experience in ecosystem growth, developer relations, community management, or strategic partnerships within the Web3/Crypto or AI/Deep Tech sectors.

• Deep Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the current crypto landscape (DeFi, DePIN, L2s, Infra) and AI landscape (LLMs, Agentic AI, decentralized AI). You don’t need to be a developer, but you must speak their language fluently.

• The Rolodex: An existing network of founders, VCs, and community leaders in the global tech/crypto space.

• Event Savvy: Experience navigating, planning, or heavily participating in large-scale tech conferences, hackathons, or ecosystem weeks.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment.
