- Finish onboarding and training assigned by Bionews HR.

- At least three months of direct experience living with myelofibrosis or caring for someone who has it (caregivers must be a direct relative, guardian, or spouse).
- A working understanding of how myelofibrosis affects the body.
- Strong creative writing ability, dependable time management, and the drive to consistently produce fresh, audience-focused content.
- Comfort quickly and independently picking up internet tools, with reliable internet access.
- Preferred: previous professional editing for publication, blog or column experience, familiarity with WordPress and Slack, and active involvement in myelofibrosis support groups, forums, or community spaces.
