Early Learning Center Floating Teacher

Staff Positions is hiring a full-time Early Learning Center Floating Teacher for our Deerfield, Franklin County location. In this role, you'll provide flexible, collaborative support to our early learning center's classrooms and teaching staff, helping to create consistent learning experiences for all children enrolled.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of the Early Learning Center, you'll partner with Lead Teachers to deliver instructional support across our classrooms. As a floating teacher, you'll move between different classroom settings and age groups, implementing our school's curriculum while maintaining the educational philosophy and approach that guides our work with young learners. Your flexibility and responsiveness ensure smooth daily operations and continuity of learning experiences throughout the center.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to implement classroom curriculum and learning activities
• Provide direct instructional support and supervision to children in various age groups
• Adapt to different classroom assignments and teaching approaches as needed
• Maintain consistent classroom management and safe, organized learning environments
• Support daily routines, transitions, and classroom operations
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing atmosphere aligned with our school's educational vision

Sign-On Bonus
