E-Commerce Specialist

Skyrocket Studios is hiring a full-time E-Commerce Specialist in the Philippines to drive online sales growth and shape outstanding shopping experiences across our digital storefront. If you live and breathe online retail, marketplaces, and Shopify-powered commerce, this role is built for you.

About the Role

As an E-Commerce Specialist at Skyrocket Studios, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution that turns browsers into loyal buyers. Working on-site in the Philippines, you will blend marketing know-how, data analysis, and merchandising craft to grow revenue while serving as the go-to authority for your assigned product categories. Please note this position requires availability for night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and roll out sales-driving strategies, from pinpointing target audiences and running market research to launching campaigns and elevating the customer journey.
• Track and interpret website performance and shopper data with analytics tools to surface opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Craft and refine accurate, keyword-optimized product listings for our online store.
• Establish standards and best practices for listing creation, content, supply chain, and ongoing upkeep.
• Partner with product management, marketing, sales, logistics, and other stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep tabs on competitors and market trends, including shifts in product sales and pricing.
• Leverage customer service and automation software to deliver best-in-class support, and review customer feedback for insights.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Practical experience running and maintaining e-commerce websites, marketplaces, or similar platforms.
• Solid command of the e-commerce landscape, including marketing strategy, leading site builders (especially Shopify), product development, consumer research, and industry best practices.
• Working knowledge of martech platforms and online sales tactics for driving conversions.
• Familiarity with web design and a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and multitasking abilities across internal and external teams.
• Self-starter mindset with a genuine appetite for learning and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
