This full-time, on-site Drywall Senior Project Manager position in Livermore connects experienced commercial drywall professionals with well-respected, rapidly expanding contractors. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial drywall projects end to end, coordinating schedules, budgets, and field operations.
  • Prepare, review, and refine estimates and bids for commercial drywall scopes of work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and crews.
  • Track project costs, manage change orders, and protect profit margins throughout each build.
  • Mentor junior project staff and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld on every job.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing commercial drywall projects as a Project Manager or Estimator.
  • Strong command of drywall, framing, and interior systems estimating and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Livermore (this role is not remote).
