Driver Support Representative

Werner Enterprises is seeking a full-time Driver Support Representative to join our team in West Memphis, Crittenden County, and be the first line of support for drivers arriving at our terminal. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure every driver's onboarding is organized, welcoming, and sets them up for success from day one.

The Opportunity

As a Driver Support Representative at Werner Enterprises, you are the cornerstone of an exceptional driver experience at our West Memphis facility. You'll be the primary point of contact during one of the most important periods of a driver's employment—their arrival and integration into our operation. Your role is to make the onboarding process smooth, clear, and positive, directly influencing how drivers feel about their career choice and their commitment to our company.

What You'll Do

• Greet and orient new drivers, explaining company policies, terminal procedures, facility layout, and safety protocols
• Coordinate comprehensive onboarding activities including documentation, equipment assignment, and orientation scheduling
• Act as the primary driver liaison addressing questions about travel logistics, accommodation, orientation materials, and company resources
• Facilitate equipment familiarization and ensure drivers understand operational requirements
• Support drivers with additional needs and concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation for all drivers
• Assist with terminal navigation, helping drivers access facilities and services
