About the Role

As a Class A Driver at Clean Harbors, you'll operate specialized vehicles and equipment at customer locations throughout our service territory. This is hands-on, dynamic work requiring precision, safety awareness, and the ability to manage complex equipment. You'll work 10-12 hour days with occasional overnight assignments, with consistent overtime availability for those seeking maximum earnings.

What You'll Do

• Operate heavy and light duty trucks and specialized work equipment at customer job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance
• Navigate varied routes and terrain across Southern California service areas
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer teams to ensure reliable service delivery
• Support Clean Harbors' commitment to environmental and workplace safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• Demonstrated safe driving record and professional demeanor
• Ability to work extended shifts and occasional overnight assignments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting capability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Training & Development
