ALTO is hiring a full-time Driver based in Inglewood, Los Angeles County — a hands-on transportation role for professionals who take pride in delivering safe, consistent, premium passenger experiences across select U.S. markets.

About the Role

As a Driver at ALTO, you'll be a core part of the Transportation & Logistics team, representing the brand from behind the wheel of a company-owned vehicle. This is not a gig-economy position — ALTO employs its drivers directly, and the standard of service reflects that. Every shift is an opportunity to set the bar for what a professional ride-share experience can look like in the greater Los Angeles area.

What You'll Do

• Pick up and drop off passengers on schedule, prioritizing punctuality and comfort throughout each trip
• Operate ALTO-owned vehicles in full compliance with California traffic laws and all applicable safety regulations
• Uphold ALTO's defined service standards on every ride, delivering a courteous, hospitality-forward experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of your assigned vehicle before, during, and after each shift
• Navigate routes and manage ride logistics using ALTO's proprietary driver app and in-vehicle technology platform
• Communicate professionally with passengers and respond to in-ride needs calmly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in the Inglewood and broader Los Angeles County area
• Prior experience in a driving, transportation, or customer-facing service role is a plus
• Strong attention to detail when it comes to vehicle care, route awareness, and passenger interactions
• Comfortable using a smartphone app and basic in-car technology tools during shifts
• A professional, dependable demeanor — you treat every passenger and every ride with the same level of care
• Ability to work a full-time schedule and meet the physical requirements of a driving role
