Key Responsibilities Support Otsuka's U.S. commercialization efforts across both pipeline and established neuroscience brands. Evaluate market opportunity and conduct in-depth assessments to inform positioning decisions. Lead competitive analysis to anticipate threats, identify gaps, and sharpen differentiation. Build early brand strategy that positions pipeline assets for durable, long-term performance. Partner cross-functionally to align commercial planning with broader organizational goals. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or biotech brand marketing, ideally within neuroscience. Strong command of market assessment, competitive analysis, and brand strategy development. A strategic, innovative mindset paired with the ability to translate insight into commercial action. Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Helena, Lewis and Clark County.
