Director, Program

Teaching Lab, a profit organization focused on remote education is searching for a Program Director to assist in establishing program goals assigning tasks to team members and overseeing the implementation of systems and processes necessary to achieve these goals. As the Program Director you will be responsible, for managing program projects serving as an expert in your field of expertise maintaining and renewing client contracts, managing projects creating notch professional learning content tailoring the program to meet the needs of each partner supporting and training team members and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree along with three years of experience in project management and team leadership. Additionally experience in PK 12 education as designing and delivering impactful professional development, for educators is highly desirable.
