Manage both pre-award and post-award activities for contracts and grants, ensuring accuracy at every stage. Coordinate the timely drafting, review, and execution of agreements such as subcontracts and related research instruments. Maintain rigorous compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and sponsor requirements. Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to keep agreements moving and stakeholders aligned. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in research administration, including contract and grant management across pre- and post-award phases. Working knowledge of clinical trial agreements, subcontracts, and the requirements of multi-institutional partnerships. Strong grasp of research compliance standards and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and complex documentation with precision.
