Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can effectively manage high-level donor relationships and drive significant fundraising success. Key qualifications include: A minimum of 7 years of experience in major gift fundraising, preferably within the non-profit sector. Proven ability to identify and cultivate major donors through strategic planning and relationship building. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on persuasive and empathetic engagement. Experience managing a portfolio of high-potential prospects and a proven track record in closing significant gifts. A deep understanding of the San Francisco philanthropic landscape and a network of key stakeholders.
