About the Role

As Director of IT Operations, you'll oversee the complete technology stack that powers gaming floors, guest systems, revenue platforms, and hotel operations. You'll own the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure that directly impacts gaming revenue, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction. This leadership role requires both strategic vision and hands-on accountability for systems uptime and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop IT operations teams to deliver high-availability systems and endpoint support
• Manage infrastructure, networking, and system architecture for gaming and hospitality environments
• Establish and monitor service-level agreements, system availability targets, and performance metrics
• Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Oversee security protocols, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements specific to gaming operations
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and capital infrastructure planning
• Identify and implement technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience
• Coordinate with casino operations, finance, and guest-facing departments to align technology with business goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Director of IT Operations or senior IT leadership in complex, multi-system environments
• Deep expertise in infrastructure management, system administration, and IT service delivery
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management in regulated industries
• Experience managing IT teams and fostering high-performance cultures
• Demonstrated ability to balance operational excellence with strategic innovation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or security certifications are a plus
