Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of donor stewardship activities and events. Analyze data and metrics to optimize fundraising efforts and report on progress to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall donor engagement and satisfaction. What We're Looking For A minimum of 5 years of experience in individual giving or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Experience managing donor databases and utilizing CRM tools for fundraising activities. A deep understanding of individual giving strategies and best practices in nonprofit fundraising.
