About the Role
The ACCESS program represents Withings' expansion from consumer health devices into direct clinical care. In this role, you'll lead operational excellence across a program that uses real-time biometric data, advanced analytics, and virtual care coordination to help patients manage chronic conditions. You'll report directly to clinical leadership and shape how device insights translate into actionable patient outcomes and scalable care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, workflow design, and process optimization for a cardiometabolic disease management program serving patients with hypertension, dyslipidemia, and related conditions
- Coordinate between engineering, data science, and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of connected device data into patient care protocols
- Manage virtual care workflows, patient engagement tracking, and quality assurance for remote clinical interactions
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs, from patient onboarding and engagement metrics to clinical outcome tracking
- Build clinical SOPs and training materials for care team members using device-generated insights
- Serve as operational lead during program pilots, expansions, or clinical evidence studies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years leading clinical operations, program management, or quality assurance in healthcare, virtual care, or digital health settings
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities (data integration, AI systems) into clinical workflows
- Comfort with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to remote patient monitoring and virtual medicine
- Strong project management skills and experience building teams across disciplines
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through technology and care coordination
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
