About the Role

As Director, EV Strategy and Operations, you'll lead a high-performing Strategy & Operations team that serves as the critical link between Ford's EV leadership vision and the teams executing that vision across the enterprise. What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Ford's electric vehicle strategy, translating leadership objectives into actionable operational plans and execution roadmaps
• Oversee the Strategy & Operations team, ensuring seamless collaboration between EV leadership and operational teams across the organization
• Drive operational efficiency, performance metrics, and accountability across Ford's EV business units
• Identify and evaluate strategic priorities aligned with Ford's long-term EV vision and market opportunities
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful execution against strategic goals
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and operational performance to inform strategic recommendations
