The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in health policy, with a strong emphasis on consulting, government, or advisory roles. The Director will manage consulting staff, delegate tasks, and ensure top-quality deliverables, while also growing business opportunities through networking and strategic proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s + 10 years, or Master’s + 8 years, or JD + 7 years of relevant health policy experience
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health policy
- Proven experience in crisis systems, such as 988 suicide and crisis lifeline implementation
- Proven experience supporting federal grant program design, oversight, and implementation
- Proven success managing teams and leading complex policy projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, project management, and customer service skills
- Experience serving as a primary or senior point of contact for clients
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex workstreams with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading business development efforts
