Requirements
- Extensive experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior Controller
- Deep familiarity with HGB, German tax law, and the tax advisor / auditor ecosystem
- Financial modelling skills (investor-grade)
- Hands-on mentality; comfortable in lean environments
- Native-level German; English working proficiency
