What You Bring Candidates should possess a proven track record in corporate governance, risk management, and integrity. Key requirements include: A relevant postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in law, business, public administration, or a related field. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change within an organisation.
