What You Bring Candidates should possess a proven track record in corporate governance, risk management, and integrity. Key requirements include: A relevant postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in law, business, public administration, or a related field. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change within an organisation. Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
