Support the placement of adult singles into permanent housing by coordinating with various stakeholders. Directly supervise a team of Operations Managers and Shift Supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in building operations management, preferably within a shelter or residential setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of Operations Managers and Shift Supervisors.
