What This Role Involves As Regional Director for our Aesthetic Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities and business performance within your assigned North France region. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and nurture key relationships with healthcare professionals, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engagement—you'll spend time in the field alongside your team whilst maintaining accountability for revenue targets, market share growth, and operational excellence.
