About the Role As a Direct Support Professional Residential - Supportives, you'll be at the heart of our mission, working directly with individuals in our residential supportive care setting. You'll provide hands-on assistance, build meaningful relationships, and support the people we serve in achieving their personal goals and maintaining their independence. This is a full-time position offering $18.75–$24.30 per hour, based on your verifiable direct care experience. What You'll Do Provide direct care and personal support in a residential setting Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene as needed Support individuals with medication reminders and wellness routines Facilitate community engagement and recreational activities Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate regularly with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment Respond to individuals' needs and adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility and compassion What We're Looking For Previous direct care experience (counted toward your hourly rate) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively Compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting others Physical ability to perform care tasks safely Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some evenings as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Shift Options We offer scheduling flexibility to meet your needs.
