About the Role

As an overnight team associate at Walmart, you'll play a vital role in our nighttime store operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, managing essential store functions during off-peak hours to ensure we're fully prepared for customers each day.

What You'll Do

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise throughout the store with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle freight, unload deliveries, and manage inventory on the sales floor
• Maintain accurate product placement, pricing, and labeling standards
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift
• Assist customers when needed and provide friendly, helpful service
• Work collaboratively with your overnight team to meet nightly objectives
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment operating procedures

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work overnight shift hours consistently and reliably
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly

Compensation

This position offers competitive hourly pay with potential annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional hourly premiums may apply based on your schedule, facility assignment, seasonal needs, or specific work performed—ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour when applicable criteria are met.
