Better-Pros is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our US-based team in a full-time role. You'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and connect with target audiences across multiple online channels.
About the Role
This position centers on building and managing our digital marketing presence to reach customers where they spend their time online. You'll combine analytical rigor with creative strategy, using data to inform decisions and campaigns to deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Plan, develop, and launch digital marketing campaigns across social platforms, email, paid search, content, and other online channels
- Research market opportunities and analyze competitor activity to inform campaign strategy and positioning
- Create and optimize marketing content and assets that engage audiences and support business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics platforms and adjust tactics to improve results
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and brand voice
- Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment across campaign initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or related field
- Strong analytical ability with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines
