Alltex Staffing & Personnel is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing professional to join their team in Houston, Houston County.

About the Role

This full‑time position supports the coordination of marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth order processing and clear communication with internal and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Monitor marketing orders and provide timely status updates to stakeholders
• Address customer questions related to marketing materials and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records of marketing inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Communicate expected arrival dates for back‑ordered items to relevant teams
• Track order progress from request through fulfillment, documenting any issues
• Assist with the preparation of marketing collateral for campaigns and events
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in marketing coordination, advertising support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with marketing tracking tools
• Bilingual language skills are preferred but not required
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
