You'll be the trusted advisor and primary relationship leader for a portfolio of clients. Your focus: understanding their fundraising goals, anticipating their needs, and ensuring they maximize the value of their digital strategy with Push Digital Group. You'll operate at the intersection of client success, internal delivery, and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage ongoing relationships with key clients, serving as their go-to contact for strategy, campaigns, and results
- Lead regular strategy sessions and account reviews to align on goals and performance
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and delivery
- Identify client needs and shape solutions that advance their fundraising objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, communicate results clearly, and recommend optimizations
- Build trust through responsiveness, reliability, and genuine understanding of nonprofit fundraising challenges
