About the Role
As a Digital Assets Manager at Accenture's Houston office, you'll be instrumental in helping banking and capital markets organizations build and optimize their digital asset strategies. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, technology architecture, and operational excellence—enabling clients to unlock value from emerging technologies and digital capabilities in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and delivery of digital asset management solutions for banking and capital markets clients
- Assess client digital asset maturity and design strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and operational improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business, technology, and operations strategies into cohesive transformation initiatives
- Help clients implement digital asset management platforms, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Contribute to thought leadership and offering development within Accenture's Banking & Capital Markets practice
- Partner with internal and client stakeholders to drive adoption and demonstrate measurable business outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related field
- Experience in management consulting, financial services, or enterprise technology implementation
- Strong understanding of banking, capital markets operations, or financial technology
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technology and process solutions
