Key Responsibilities Provide daily developmental and behavioral support to adolescent girls in a residential setting. Assist residents with everyday living activities tailored to their individual developmental needs. Collaborate closely with program staff and clinical teams to support each young person's care plan. Encourage healthy social, emotional, and behavioral progress through patient, consistent engagement. Qualifications A genuine commitment to working with adolescents who have developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities. Patience, dependability, and the capacity to remain calm and supportive in a residential care environment. Willingness to work on-site full time in Grand Rapids, Kent County.
