About The Role
As a Developer joining the team, you will be working alongside other developers, product manager and UX designers, to add and improve capabilities to our financial services products and systems.

Collaborate with your peers to drive continuous improvement in our development and DevOps practices, enhancing customer experiences and gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies.

This diverse exposure will set you up for future success by equipping you with versatile skills and a broad technical knowledge base.

The Skills You Need
–  Strong programming skills across a variety of languages and technologies, including Java or Kotlin, NodeJS, TypeScript, React (modern), and Spring Boot.

–   Experience in AI coding – such as Cursor (Claude agent), Codex or Copilot being highly valued.

–  Practical experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, containerisation using Docker, and CI/CD tooling such as Buildkite 

–  Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.

–  Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative and Agile environment, with a proven capacity to quickly adapt to changing business needs.

–  Strong dedication to delivering high-quality software to customers on a regular basis.

–  Ability to empower the team to define, refine, and incrementally achieve a technical vision, while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.

–  Be the voice of the team ensuring knowledge flows both from development teams to the broader MYOB tech community and vice versa.
