What You Will Do: As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide hands-on support for IT equipment and workspace setups, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfil materials and equipment requests
  • Deploy desk setups and monitors
  • Safely dispose of equipment
  • Provide desk-side support and troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory levels and restocking
  • Maintain vending machines (L1 maintenance, moves, planogram changes)
  • Handle e-waste and donation requests
  • Collect IT equipment (terminations, upgrades)
  • Assist with desk moves
  • Liaise with inventory teams
  • Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels
  • Receive inbound hardware
  • Coordinate EMEA shipments
  • Support other projects as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with inventory tools (preferred)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Team-oriented and professional approach
