Your Responsibilities Oversee prime contracting, estimating/pricing, asset management, NDA/Non-monetary agreement management, contract business systems, and contract closeout processes. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Contracts & Asset Management Group. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in contracting and asset management. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the timely execution of contract closeout activities, including final audits and reporting. What We're Looking For A minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management and asset management within a technical or scientific environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Strong knowledge of federal contracting regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and related policies. Experience in managing complex projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
