The Role (Describe the role):
As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Anchanto’s global delivery organisation. You will be responsible for managing full lifecycle projects for our global customers from initiation to Go-Live, ensuring revenue unblocking, meeting customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals, and delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (schedules, budgets, resources, communications) and ensure adherence as the project evolves.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (internal, external clients, vendors) to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
• Monitor and report project progress—budget, schedule, quality, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction—as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers.
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously to ensure strong outcomes, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
• Ensure Go-Live readiness, smooth transition to support or operations, and complete project closure including lessons learned.
• Align project execution with organisational strategies and revenue objectives to support global customer delivery and success.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiating effectively and independently leading stakeholder meetings.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery with strict adherence to schedule, cost, and quality standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Supply Chain domain within large global enterprises.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and proactively managing risks to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
• Experience delivering and supporting end-to-end engagements in the Supply Chain domain.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Proficient in French language.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
